Join in this "Ace Your Interview" Workshop with some of Meta’s leading APAC recruitment professionals as we discuss practical tips to ace your upcoming job interview!

We will be covering topics from interview prep, selling your impact, targeted & concise response, engaging interviewers, demonstrating passion through strategic questions, and more!

The 2-segment session consists o the workshop, followed by a more personalized session with 1 Metamate and 3-4 participants going through individual CV/ resume focusing on targeted questions for better interview preparation.

JUMPSTART PROGRAMME

As part of our back-to-work initiatives, our subsidiary, Career Navigators has launched the JumpStart Programme.

The JumpStart Programme is a paid (by employers) re-integration programme that runs for a period of 8 weeks. The Programme focuses on helping the female talents transit successfully back into the workforce. It runs concurrently with on-the-job training (carried out by the employer, based on job functions & role requirements).

Depending on the role, the work-trial period will range from 2 months - 6 months*. At the end of the trial period, candidates who perform well may be offered a permanent position (in a work-arrangement that is agreed upon, with the employer).

Thankful to corporate partners who support our mission to help women upgrade, upskill and push forward. WOMEN WEDNESDAYS - Supporting you to make life work
 A 5-part series to allow you to find guidance in the small modules of "Life".


This 5-session series allows you to explore the various challenges we face as women. As we guide you with concrete "know-hows" and deliverables you can achieve, each session will act as a platform for you to make changes in that specific areas of focus.

In addition, Sam, the life coach (a mother of 4 herself) will facilitate the small group discussion to have specific outcomes at the end.

The focus of Career Navigators: to help women returning to work, after taking a career break. We partner firms to bring female talent back to full-time positions. There will be a whole range of activities from Job fairs, networking events, Employer discussions etc. We have also been in discussions to partner firms for on-boarding activities, so STAY TUNED!

We started off with the Standard Chartered Bank "Moms Matter" event and the Google-LinkedIn- Microsoft "Non-Tech roles in the Tech industry" event......so you can expect LOTS more in 2017.
