RESPONSIBILITIES

A Singapore based design studio delivering hospitality and luxury interiors, working with remote designers alongside its own team.
Support the delivery of hospitality interior projects in Singapore, keeping programme, consultants and contractors moving while the design team works across locations.
Responsibilities
• Manage programme, budget tracking and reporting on live projects
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Attend site and client meetings in Singapore
• Keep the studio's design team and the client aligned through delivery
• Flag risks and gaps to the studio lead early

REQUIREMENTS

Must haves
• 6+ years managing interior projects, with hospitality work delivered in Singapore
• Working knowledge of Singapore authority submissions and local contractors
• Based in Singapore and able to attend site
• Able to work independently from limited direction
• Fluent written English
Strong plus
• Hotel or food and beverage fit out experience
• A design background
