RESPONSIBILITIES
Role descriptionA Singapore based design studio delivering hospitality and luxury interiors, working with remote designers alongside its own team.
Work with the studio's team on hospitality and luxury projects from concept through to documentation. The role is remote, so it suits a designer with strong design ability, creativity and storytelling who can carry an idea from narrative to resolved scheme without being in the room.
Responsibilities
• Develop design concepts and the narrative behind them
• Take schemes through space planning and design development
• Build and develop SketchUp models through design stages
• Produce layout plans, elevations, sections and details in AutoCAD
• Prepare presentation packages for studio and client reviews
• Coordinate with the studio team through review rounds
REQUIREMENTS
Must haves• 5 to 8 years in interior design practice
• A portfolio led by hospitality and luxury projects
• Strong design, creativity and storytelling ability
• Advanced SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Comfortable working to another studio's standards and conventions
• Fluent written English and reliable overlap with Asia Pacific hours
Strong plus
• Hotel or resort experience at five star standard
• Food and beverage interiors
