RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for one or two high-standard coaches to join SuperYou on a casual basis, with genuine scope to progress to part-time and full-time work as demand and performance warrant it.

You will deliver personal-training sessions from our private studio at Dempsey Hill, with occasional cover at Church Street/Raffles Place a plus. You will also help deliver outdoor strength-and-conditioning group classes for young people aged 8–16.

Your responsibilities will include writing practical, thoughtful programmes; taking client measurements and updating body-composition data; maintaining accurate client information in our scheduling, programming, and body-composition systems; and keeping your training space clean, tidy, and client-ready.

This is not primarily a sales, marketing, or scheduling role. You will, however, be responsible for the quality of the client experience: showing up prepared, communicating clearly, building rapport, and helping clients feel well looked after.

REQUIREMENTS

You may be an experienced coach or brand new to the industry. We are happy to train the right person in our methods and systems. What matters most is that you are reliable, punctual, hard-working, professional, coachable, and willing to hold yourself to a high standard.

You must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, a non-smoker, and able to arrive at Dempsey Hill ready to work by 7:00 am without exception. You must be comfortable completing appropriate reference and safeguarding checks before coaching children aged 8–16.

You must hold, be completing, or be able to demonstrate an appropriate recognised fitness, personal-training, strength-and-conditioning, exercise-science, or exercise-physiology qualification. Relevant examples include ACE, NASM, NCSF, Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or an equivalent recognised qualification. Current CPR/AED and first-aid certification are required before your first coaching shift.

A sporting background is highly desirable. Prior children’s coaching experience, management-software experience, and availability to cover Church Street/Raffles Place are advantages, but not prerequisites. You must communicate clearly, build rapport with executive clients and parents, work independently, and learn quickly.

Working Hours

Flexible across Monday–Sunday. Weekend mornings are highly valued. Must be ready to work at Dempsey Hill by 7:00 am. Availability from 6:00 am, through to 8:00 pm, and on weekend mornings is beneficial. Initial commitment: approximately 5–15 hours/sessions per week.
