RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries across our babysitting, nanny and confinement nanny services• Lead discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their family's needs and recommend the right service
• Convert enquiries into bookings and packages, working towards a monthly sales target
• Own the follow-up cadence — call, message and email prospects until a clear yes or no
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and hand over confirmed clients cleanly to the operations team
• Feed recurring client questions and objections back to the team to improve
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years in a sales, client-facing or customer success role. Experience selling a service (not a product) preferred• Comfortable working to a monthly sales target and being measured on conversion
• Confident on the phone — this role lives on calls, not email
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin (if needed to communicate with nannies who speak mainly English
• Self-directed and organised. This is a remote role; you manage your own day
• Able to attend one in-office training/team day per week at Centennial Tower during onboarding
• Genuine interest in supporting parents and families
