RESPONSIBILITIES
This part-time on-site role, located in Singapore, involves leading and managing research initiatives that contribute to METAL’s mission. The Research Manager will design and implement effective market research strategies, develop questionnaires, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports. Strong collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to ensure insights align with organizational objectives and support METAL’s goal of workforce development in the casting and forging industry.REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques to interpret and present findings effectively
• Expertise in Market Research, including identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry
• Proficiency in Questionnaire Design and research methodologies for collecting relevant and accurate data
• Exceptional Communication skills to convey insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and create impactful reports
• Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting Research projects to inform decision-making
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the manufacturing or metallurgy industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
