RESPONSIBILITIES
We will count on you to:-Lead teams located in Singapore and India, focusing on technical accounting and claims management.
-Utilize data insights to analyze and address client challenges.
-Collaborate with the Client Support Services (CSS) team to review and set up complex contracts within the system.
-Prepare materials and actively participate in strategic meetings.
-Develop and implement processes to resolve operational issues, uphold standards, and ensure the CSS team adheres to procedures and professional guidelines to meet all processing SLAs.
-Work closely with brokers to develop processes that fulfill client servicing needs for complex accounts.
-Conduct training sessions for CSS colleagues as needed, provide support and guidance to team members, and contribute to the development of departmental resources.
-Approve leadership reports and present technical information and metrics to key stakeholders.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Implement quality assurance measures and keep abreast of regulatory changes.
-Lead strategic projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to have:-More than 10 years of reinsurance experience. Prior experience in Facultative Reinsurance is highly desirable.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent Microsoft suite skills including Excel and Power Automate.
-Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
-Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
